What if the type of property I am looking for isn’t on your website?

What type of properties do you build?

We build a range of typologies from free-standing homes to terrace houses and apartments. Our wide range of properties and locations, means we have something for everyone including families, investors or downsizers.

Will I be kept up to date on the progress of my property?

Absolutely! Once you are unconditional you will receive regular updates, showing the current stage and details on what is scheduled next. We will provide photos and key dates. Once the property is completed, you will be invited to conduct a pre-settlement inspection.

Does signing the contract mean I own the property?

No. You have at least 10 days to talk with your bank, lawyer, friends & family to make sure its exactly what you want. This means that for those 10 days, the property is essentially off the market to other buyers. If you decide not to go ahead with the purchase after the 10 days, you can walk away with no ties.

Are your properties under warranty?

Our properties are all backed by a 12-month defecting and liability period, on top of the 10-year warranty under the building act.

Will my property meet healthy homes standards?

Yes – Our homes are all built to meet the healthy homes standards through certain levels of heating, insulation, ventilation and so on being installed. Great for owner occupiers as well as investors who plan to rent the property out.

How much of a deposit do I need to purchase one of your properties?

10% of the purchase price is our standard deposit amount for our turnkey properties.

What is a turnkey property?

A turnkey property is a completely finished property, ready for you to move into. All you need to do, is simply turn the key.

Are your properties 100% fixed priced?

Yes! Once you have signed the contract, the price will not change.

What are the advantages of a Body Corporate or Residents Society?

Body corporates provide services such as security, landscaping, rubbish removal, and recreational facilities which can enhance the quality of life for residents and increase the value of the properties within the community. Residents' Societies are common in new subdivisions. In most cases, a Residents Society will own & manage communal amenities such as parks, roading, stormwater and sewerage systems within the development.
